MM8 Terms & Conditions – Sales Agreement

The customer selects the product and pays the full amount. In case of order cancellation before delivery for any reason, a full-value purchase voucher will be issued (discounts are not included).

If the customer does not wish to keep the product after delivery (for any reason), a purchase voucher will be issued for the remaining amount after deducting applicable return fees.

If the customer wishes to request a refund, they will bear all applicable fees (if any). The refund will be processed within 30 working days and credited back to the same account used for payment.

The customer must deal with one assigned sales representative to ensure smooth order processing.

All products are shipped within 10 working days.

Out-of-stock products will be manufactured within 60 working days.

Deposits are non-refundable. The customer must settle the remaining balance within 15 days from the date of notification of product arrival.

If the product is purchased through Tabby and the order is canceled, only a purchase voucher will be issued for the remaining amount.
